At Lights&lamps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused lighting fixtures in their original packaging. Simply follow our streamlined process to ensure your return or exchange is handled quickly and efficiently.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all internal protective padding, ensuring that no hardware or installation components are missing.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
