How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
What is your return policy for lighting fixtures?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that installed fixtures cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Are your bulbs included with the lamps?
Unless specified in the product description, bulbs are sold separately. We provide recommended bulb types for each fixture to help you achieve the perfect glow.
Do you offer professional installation services?
We do not provide direct installation services. We strongly recommend hiring a certified electrician to install hardwired ceiling and wall lights to ensure safety.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
